Why should the estate oppose Joe’s motion – he is still Michaels dad genetically isnt he?

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for Michael Jackson’s estate, said: “The estate continues to believe Joe Jackson’s claims are not well taken and he should not have access to Michael’s medical records.”
