Kanye West is an avid blogger but he’s not buying into the whole Twitter fad. The rapper recently took to his official site to tell everyone that the Kanye West on Twitter is a fake. Kanye wrote “(This spaz comes courtesy of losers making fake Kanye West Twitter accounts) I DON’T HAVE A FUCKING TWITTER… WHY WOULD I USE TWITTER??? I ONLY BLOG 5 PERCENT OF WHAT I’M UP TO IN THE FIRST PLACE. I’M ACTUALLY SLOW DELIVERING CONTENT BECAUSE I’M TOO BUSY ACTUALLY BUSY BEING CREATIVE MOST OF THE TIME AND IF I’M NOT AND I’M JUST LAYING ON A BEACH I WOULDN’T TELL THE WORLD. EVERYTHING THAT TWITTER OFFERS I NEED LESS OF. THE PEOPLE AT TWITTER KNOW I DON’T HAVE A FUCKING TWITTER SO FOR THEM TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO POSE AS ME AND ACCUMULATE OVER A MILLION NAMES IS IRRESPONSIBLE AND DECEITFUL TO THERE FAITHFUL USERS… IT’S A FUCKING FARCE AND IT MAKES ME QUESTION WHAT OTHER SO CALLED CELEBRITY TWITTERS ARE ACTUALLY REAL OR FAKE. It’s a good thing that Kanye West has a big ego and is nowhere near insecure. He must also not be the jealous type as the rapper/producer/designer hired his girlfriend Amber Rose to be a model in the ad campaign for his new line of Louis Vuitton sneakers. Why mention the jealous part? Well, one of the pictures in the campaign sees Amber with her head on Kanye’s lap. Mind you, she’s completely naked and her ass happens to be showing. She looks good, bald head and all. I know a lot of men will be ogling at that picture.

Kanye West has recently been given an eye-opener thanks to the Comedy Central show “South Park” which painted Kanye West as a narcissistic figure. The comedy show portrayed the singer as someone so out of reality’s touch he cannot see beyond his image. Kanye West is known for his great admiration of is work and of himself. One of the most egoistic quotes from Kanye West is the one where he was quoted saying that not being able to see himself perform was his greatest regret.

The comedy show however seemed to have made Kanye West realized how egoistic he has become and appeared chastened on his blog. The singer wrote that he was murdered by South Park and while it hurts his feelings he found it pretty funny. Kanye West admitted to brushing on is ego to get some self esteem but now he admitted that he has to get past himself.

This week’s episode of ‘South Park’ seems to have brought Kanye West down a notch as the rapper took to his blog on Thursday to share his hurt feelings on the episode but also his desire to be less of a douche and become “a doper person” in general. He wrote “SOUTH PARK MURDERED ME LAST NIGHT AND IT’S PRETTY FUNNY. IT HURTS MY FEELINGS BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM SOUTH PARK! I ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON MY EGO THOUGH… I JUST WANNA BE A DOPER PERSON WHICH STARTS WITH ME NOT ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE HOW DOPE I THINK I AM. I NEED TO JUST GET PAST MYSELF. DROP THE BRAVADO AND JUST MAKE DOPE PRODUCT… I GOT A LONG ROAD AHEAD OF ME TO MAKE PEOPLE BELIEVE I’M NOT ACTUALLY A HUGE DOUCHE BUT I’M UP FOR THE CHALLENGE. ”

Kanye West is on the cover of the new issue of Complex magazine. In the accompanying interview, he talks about why he thinks there’s such a fixation on his sexuality. The rapper said “I really think it’s because society tries to dictate the way a guy is supposed to dress and the way a guy is supposed to act, and I refuse to conform. A lot of these dudes would never be accused of being gay just because they all look exactly alike. If people could just realize the amount of mundaneness and followers that lack creativity… I think people’s mentality is like, Only gay people are that creative. And it’s true there are a lot of gay people who are incredible creative minds, but there are straight people who are incredible creative minds—and there’s gay people who can’t dress or create at all, too. Closed-minded gay people probably say they dress ’straight.’”

It seems that everyone in the world is suffering because of the recession. Everyone except Kanye West that is. The rapper’s upcoming sneaker line, Kanye West for Louis Vuitton, will start retailing at the very expensive cost of $840! And some of the pairs will even retail to a over $1000! He cannot have those prices and seriously think that people will pay the price of $1140 for a pair of sneakers like the one pictured. And who would want to pay that much money for some ugly ass sneakers anyway? You can get so many more pairs over the more sporty and more durable Nike, Adidas or what have you.

The rapper strongly believes that he has been chosen by God to make music and feels at a great loss because of the fact that he cannot see himself perform live. Kanye West said: “God chose me. He made a path for me. I am God’s vessel. But my greatest pain in life is that I will never be able to see myself perform live.” I wonder if Kanye West is aware that we have recording equipment now. But then again, seeing a recording of a show is nothing compared to being there so he is indeed always at a loss. And I wonder if Kanye West is also aware of the incredible amount of bull stuff he keeps saying about himself. It’s like there was no more musical genius in the world and then he showed up and, lord have mercy, we have all seen the light!

The nominations were announced for the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. 2009 Grammy Award will take place on February 8, 2009.

Lil Wayne had the most nominations with eight. Coldplay was close seven nods, while Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, and Kanye West each had six.

Even when Kanye West waxes poetic on life and other meaningful things, he still chooses to write in all caps as if he was angry. Here’s some snippets to his realizations: “I ALWAYS FEEL MY BEST WORK IS MY NEXT WORK… I’VE MADE SOME GOOD CHOICES AND SOME MISTAKES… I’VE BEEN LOVED AND HATED…. I’VE BEEN HAILED AND RIDICULED… I’VE BEEN INVITED TO SHOWS AND AS USUAL ASKED NOT TO COME… I’VE BEEN ATTACKED FOR BEING ME… FOR BEING BRIGHT RED IN A GREY WORLD…. I ACCEPT AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER ATTACK NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND THEIR ENERGY…” That’s good and all. I just think no one cares.

Kanye West has taken to his blog to address an issue with a report that appeared on AVN.com that pointed to an interview with the rapper he supposedly gave to King Magazine in which he allegedly mentioned a willingness to do a bi-sexual porn flick. I’ll spare you the headache and just let you read part of what he posted. He wrote “I CAN’T BELIEVE THE AVN WOULD POST FIRST PEOPLE BELIEVED THE TWITTER/STEVEN COLBERT THING, ROLLING STONE EVEN PRINTED IT!!!! NOW SOMEBODY HAS BEEN HACKING INTO MY MYSPACE AND SOMEBODY’S ACTUALLY HACKED INTO MY PERSONAL GMAIL ACCOUNT AND HAS BEEN EMAILING PEOPLE FROM IT…”

What taking over all these music guys, Nicole Kidman doing the Bollywood (Indian Film Industry) number ‘Chama Chama’ in Milan Rouge, the Madonna stepping up things with her ‘Mehendi’ colored hands and saying ‘Om’ in her music videos some years ago.

Now it seems that the same bug has caught upon Kanye West. He thinks that by doing spiritual singing he will be able to avoid ghosts and that in turn will aid him in improving his singing.

Nothing guys, these chaps just visit India for a day or two and catch hold of some well known spiritual guru and then return chanting his verses without even knowing what he has taught them and whether their teachings are relevant or not.

The ‘Stronger’ star was recently criticized for ditching rapping and instead be singing on his current album ‘808s and Heartbreak’. Jack of all trades king of none, that’s what I’ll say for him.

Any reason why he said that? Just simple, because he want some damn favor and he know he has to be at his best behavior to get the paparazzi wooing for him or else he will have to do it his way which is to dish out a million bucks and he’ll get painted as the poster boy of the town for just doing nothing.

The Stronger hit-maker has had troubles with the photogs on 2 different occasions this year along after clashing his now seemingly good friends. He was detained by the English police just last month after being accused of pushing a camera into a photographer’s face. He was subsequently released without charge.

Cannot understand another reason for his new found love for those guys expect for that he needs them to be on his side for some useless promotion. “Nice”, means he’ll hit them with a golf club. Not a baseball bat.

In comparison to the sales of his previous albums, Kanye West’s latest is release is anything but up to par. But if you need to have a good laugh, you need to read his recent blog post about his new album. He pretty much just builds up his own hype. Here’s a snippet: “I’M GONNA WALK THIS ALBUM SLOW LIKE A MORE INDEPENDENT APPROACH. I FEEL LIKE A NEW ARTIST. THERE’S ACTUALLY ARGUMENTS AGAIN. IT REMINDS ME OF THE FIRST ALBUM WHEN EVERYBODY SAID I COULDN’T RAP. I LISTENED TO ‘SAY YOU WILL’ LAST NIGHT AT MY HOUSE AND WAS DAAAMN, THIS SONG IS SOOOO DOOOPE!!! I’M A FAN OF WHAT I’VE MADE.” I’m sorry for all the caps by the way.

Kanye West has taken to his blog to address his most recent arrest in the UK for allegedly assaulting a member of the paparazzi. For the sake of those with sensitive eyes, I typed parts of his blog post in the friendly style instead of his angry caps. In his account the rapper said “When I left the club, I was encountered by a thirsty paparazzi as usual. He felt he had more rights to my space than me so I put my hand up to prevent him from taking my image. I didn’t assault him but merely putting my hand up to cover his lens. My security yelled ‘get the camera off him.’ I guess in all the commotion the camera scraped his nose.”

Kanye West really needs to be knocked down a peg or maybe even a thousand pegs. Did it ever once cross your mind that the rapper is the musical equivalent of Michael Jordan? Never? I thought so. But in Kanye’s mind, he is. In a new interview, Kanye said “I realize that my place and position in history is that I will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be the loudest voice. It’s me settling into that position of just really accepting that it’s one thing to say you want to do it and it’s another thing to really end up being like Michael Jordan.”

It looks like some artists are trying to make a little extra cash this holiday season as Island Def Jam is pushing up the releases of three of its biggest artists – The Killer’s ‘Day & Age’, Ludacris’ ‘Theater of the Mind’ and Kanye West’s ‘808s & Heartbreak’. The albums were scheduled for release in both physical and digital formats on November 25th, Tuesday, but they will now be seeing a Monday the 24th release date. Each album has already proved promising with each shelling out a single in the top 40s. Kanye’s ‘Love Lockdown’ was at #3 on the Hot 100. The Killer’s ‘Human’ was #6 on Billboard’s Modern Rock Chart and Ludacris’ ‘One More Drink’ featuring T-Pain was at #34 on Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs.

In a recent interview the rap star had this to say: “There were people who had the potential to do it but they went on vacation, so when Justin went on vacation I made albums. And it just came out to be that.” Justin, of course, being the all-known Justin Timberlake. The rapper also added: “I realize my place and position in history is that I will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be the loudest voice.” Of course, he makes perfect sense and we all bow down in accordance to his magnificent talent and fast album recording skills. A century from now, after the nuclear winters, the reversal of the magnetic poles and the end of all civilization, the memory of Kanye West will live on as the voice of the 21st decade.

Another Kanye West versus 50 Cent show down is about to come upon us! The two rappers are releasing new albums in December with only a week separating them. 50 will release his new record on December 9 while Kanye will release his on December 16. I smell a publicity stunt! Apparently, the two are already warming up for the show down as according to a report, 50 poked fun at Kanye’s new single ‘Love Lockdown’ with a sarcastic rendition of the song, with Tony Yayo pretending to smash a camera in reference to Kanye’s biff with the paparazzi. Kanye responded on his blog saying “I guarantee this will be 50’s favorite album of mine. This will be gangster’s album of the year.”

Kanye West debuted the song ‘Love Lockdown’ at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards and has recently dropped the studio version of the song. The rapper is reportedly releasing another album before the end of the year. I’m not sure if the song is going to be a single or not but it’s going to be interesting to see how radio is going to respond to his song. It’s a great song but it’s an artist’s song – a prestige piece. It’s a risky move but you have to give kudos to Kanye for having balls. He has the whole world listening and this is the message he wants people to listen to.

It’s a little bit sad and greatly hypocritical that some people just forget their words and let go of their pride. If you remember, Kanye West was rather upset and insulted at last year’s MTV VMAs because he didn’t win the number of awards he thought he deserved. He was also annoyed that his performance was limited to a small stage. He vowed to never return to another VMA after that. Apparently, his word is only as good as the money they can throw at him as Kanye was at the 25th VMAs this past Sunday. Talk about being a sellout.
