50 Cent wrote a book for young adults. Who knew? The rapper/fiction writer’s latest work “Playground” takes a look at school bullying from the bully’s perspective. The book is aimed for kids ages 13-15. 50 Cent realizes that his music appeals to the type of kids that are bullies and he hopes that writing this book for them to read will persuade them to change. He said “When I present something it’s different because of the energy and material I created in my music. A lot of the times the kids that would actually be a part of the problem are listening. When I offer it, they’ll take the time to stop and read it.”

50 Cent is apparently facing a lawsuit for employing known violent criminal Dwayne McKenzie. The lawsuit was spurred from an incident at the rapper’s mansion, where Dwayne invited over some women for a party and then made “graphic and vulgar sexual requests” to partygoer Vasti Ortiz. When she didn’t go along and tried to leave, she claims that Dwayne forced another woman at the party to beat her. According to the lawsuit, Vasti believes that 50 Cent should have known about Dwayne’s violent history, and as a result shouldn’t have hired the man and should be held responsible for the incident. Seeing as this all went down at the hip hop artist’s mansion, I can see where he can be held accountable.
After 8 long years of waiting, we can now have the very first performance of 50 Cent and Lil Kim performing their 2003 hit single “Magic Stick”. The historic moment took place on Wednesday night during the WinterBeatz Festival in Perth, Australia. This reminds me of all the good memories from these two rappers. It made me think that they should consider recording another duet for either of their upcoming records. As for the live performance, I didn’t really care much about 50 but goose bumps came all over when Lil Kim took the stage. She totally killed it! Lil Kim still has it!

50 Cent has revealed that the thing he cherishes the most about his fame is the wealth it brings, because money has managed to bring him freedom.
The rapper has accumulated a fortune thanks to his huge success he enjoyed because of his albums and acting career.
`I see money as something that offer me the facilities. If an airline does not have a flight to take me where I need to go, a private jet will solve the problem. If a studio does not accept a project that I consider appropriate, I can do it myself. Maybe some people think that my ideas are a little displaced, but this only means that they are not on the same wavelength with me, ‘said 50 Cent.
The35 years old artist is desperate to become a respectable actor.
50 Cent is part of the distribution of a new movie, ‘Things Fall Apart’, starring as a rugby player with potential whose life is messed up after finding out he has cancer.
The film’s writer and producer is the rapper himself, and the movie is inspired from a childhood experience.
50 Cent is trying to rebuild his reputation and to change the `bad boy ‘image, to be taken seriously as an actor.
50 Cent has decided to cancel his new album because he never wants to work with Interscope records again. The rapper took to his Twitter to unleash a barrage of heated tweets. He said “Man I’m not releasing a album i can’t believe interscope is this f***ed up right now. I apologize to all my fans (sic). I will work with other artist on there projects but I will not put out another album. They dropped the ball with me one time to many (sic). My whole career iv been doing s**t and they have been playing catch up this is the last f**king album THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK (sic). I would rather not launch my album without a plan the whole system is executing. I don’t know why they play with me, they know how I get (sic).” What do you think about all this?
50 Cent has decided to enter among the stars with a big heart, so in the coming years is going to be dedicated to noble causes. More specifically, the hip-hop star wants to feed a billion Africans suffering from poverty and famine. And it shouldn’t be difficult. Considering how many millions he has in his account, he can not complain that he can’t help others. `I want to get more involved in people’s lives. I want to feed a billion Africans in the next five years, ‘wrote 50 Cent on his Twitter page. When asked why he’s not donating money to organizations in his hometown or the United States, 50 Cent explained that Americans are doing better than Africans, who often do not receive even drinking water. 50 Cent is not the first rapper willing to donate money to poor people in Africa. Jay-Z and Ja Rule have been involved in several fundraising campaigns for the inhabitants of the Black Continent.
50 Cent recently had an interview for the April/May edition of Vibe Magazine. While the rapper’s music was surely a topic of conversation, 50 Cent took a considerable amount of time talking about two important ladies in his life this past year – Chelsea Handler and Ciara. Both relationships have been tumultuous, with his fling with Chelsea fizzling out and his constant Twitter feud with Ciara. Despite things going south in both relationships, he had nothing but an air of class when talking about them. I guess someone has learned the value of the phrase “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all!”
50 Cent had some things to say about DJ Mister Cee, who was recently arrested for public display of a lewd act. The rapper isn’t supporting the radio personality’s actions but rather coming to the defense to support Cee being caught with a man. 50 Cent said “It’s only entertaining because he means that much to hip-hop culture. I recognize Mister Cee as the guy who offered us Biggie, so he means that much to the culture. And a lot of the kids that hear the radio don’t see him the same way.” He also spoke of the gay community saying “Who is to judge you when there’s an audience — that is probably one of the strongest audiences, if you look at Lady Gaga’s career — that says that that’s fine? If you say it’s not fine, you’re gonna get attacked. You’re gonna write apology notes.” That’s right. Focus on the law being broken and not what the sex the person was who broke it with him.
At least that’s what the singer seems to feel about himself. 50 Cent recently thought it would be a real riot if he poked a bit of fun about the tragic events that have hit Japan this past week-end… and where better do poke his fun than on twitter. However, 50 Cent realized that he might have gone a bit overboard so he did also write the following apology: “sorry. Nah this is nuts but what can anyone do about it. Let’s pray for anyone who has lost someone. Some of my tweets are ignorant I do it for shock value. Hate it or love it. I’m cool either way 50cent” That’s a lot like saying that he doesn’t really care at all… in so many words. 50 Cent’s popularity is probably going to be fluctuating these days.
The rumored fling between 50 Cent and Ciara is over as the rapper and the R&B singer had a mini feud on Twitter with 50 Cent calling Ciara a “b—ch”. When Ciara tweeted “The things people tweet say a lot about their character, pay attention!” 50 Cent apparently took offense to that comment and fought back with “Yea I tweet things that reflect my character b*tch. I have a sense of humor get one.lol that’s why your 3 mill followers behind me.” Well that just proved Ciara’s point. Why can’t some people grow up? He’s proving to be just as bad as Lil Kim.
