Congratulations are in order for Lil Wayne as the rapper broke the record for the iTunes store’s single-week album sales by selling over 300,000 downloads in the first four days of his latest album “Tha Carter IV”. Jay-Z and Kanye West actually just recently broke the record when their collaborative album “Watch the Throne” was released. It was a short-lived reign for those two. If that wasn’t enough of a success for Lil Wayne, the combined digital and physical sales of the album is expected to be around 850,000 copies. That is impressive! While many artists gather their memories in autobiographies, P Piddy is thinking about releasing a great book, with butts.
The singer, whose real name is Sean Combs, made a deal with director of the Interscope label, Jimmy Lovine, to release together a photo album dedicated to women, but especially men.
The publication includes 150 images depicting female butts, made by photographer Raphael Mazzucco during ten months.
“The butt” album will be released in November and will cost $ 50.
P Diddy’s publication will compete with another book, which is to be released in November. We’re talking about Oprah Winfrey’s volume, entitled ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show: Reflections on an American Legacy’.
