Foxy Brown Avoids Jail
Foxy Brown avoided another stint behind bars as officials dropped charges against the rapper following an alleged fight with her neighbor. The rapper was arrested and charged with public lewdness and harassing Arlene Raymond in New York City in July. The neighbor got a court order against Foxy and claims that she violated the band by starting a heated argument and baring her butt. A grand jury at Brooklyn Criminal Court did not indict her on two felony charges and three out of four misdemeanors. Even though she’s still facing one charge of criminal contempt, Foxy’s lawyer is not worried and insists that the rapper will only receive community service for the offense.
