Lil Kim Gets Record Deal

Lil Kim has seen better days but the female rapper seems to think that she’s ready to make a comeback in the music industry. Lil Kim has officially signed a record deal with Roc Nation. Jay-Z is even expected to produce her next album. While I’m not entirely sure about Lil Kim’s ability to make another hit, with Jay-Z helming the project, I’m sure they could make a good effort. Here’s to hoping that she doesn’t completely bomb and make Jay-Z lose money. This is Jay-Z we’re talking about though. He wouldn’t sign anyone if he didn’t see any promise. So I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Kanye West Shells Out Money to Keep Ex Quiet

Sources are saying that Kanye West has signed a multi-million dollar contract with his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose to keep her quiet from speaking about his personal life. Amber reportedly agreed to never reveal any details about the rapper in return for cash. An insider said “It’s pretty common to have ‘silence’ agreements amongst entertainers. I heard that Amber’s getting seven figures to keep her lips closed.” It makes you wonder why the rapper is shelling out so much to keep Amber’s mouth closed. It seems that he’s got a lot to hide and a lot more to lose if any of that gets out. It makes me very curious.
