Chris Brown appeared at a court progress report in front of Judge Patricia Schnegg last Thursday and she is praising the R&B singer for staying on track during his probation. Not only has Chris completed the 290 hours of hard labor for his community service and almost finished his domestic violence classes. It’s all good news! Here’s to hoping that he doesn’t do anything to end his good streak and maybe he can have his career back again someday. But while he hasn’t beat anyone up lately, Chris has been acting like a douche and getting up in everyone’s face about not getting his music played on radio.

Nas claims that he can’t afford to pay Kelis the child and spousal support ordered by the court. As it was previously reported, a court ordered the rapper last month to pay more than $87,000 in back spousal support and child support. The judge also ordered Nas to pay his estranged wife $10,000 a month is spousal support to stay current. It’s unclear how much Nas is required to pay in monthly child support. In the new legal docs, the judge predicated the order on Nas making over $150,000 a month, but the rapper says he makes less than that and is asking the judge to take another look at his account.
Usher has something to definitely be proud of as the R&B singer’s latest track ‘OMG’ is at the top of the Billboard charts. The song’s ok but definitely several notches lower than his other hits from the early parts of this decade. Usher’s garnered himself his 9th number one hit, moving well past his competition like Rihanna and Mariah Carey, who both have less number one hits in the last 10 years. I get how they consider the Barbadian babe competition, but Mariah? Let’s get real. Anyway, congratulations to Usher for getting another hit. I just hope his next single will be better.
