Madonna kicked off her “Sticky & Sweet” World Tour
At-last, the sweet, hot and sexy Madonna started off her much awaited “Sticky and Sweet” World Tour on 23 August 2008. She performed at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium in Wales in front of her mad fans that do not care whether she becomes 50 or 80.
It was feared that the tour will be postponed or cancelled due to a recent ankle injury. Despite the injury, Madonna changed her costumes eight times. The show also featured 16 dancers and US$1.85 million worth of Swarovski crystals.
The tour is scheduled to travel through Europe especially visiting London and Paris, before moving to the American continent. The tour will end on 18 December in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
