Rolling Stones get Greedy

Fame brings with itself huge responsibility and transforms a simple individual into a role model. This has been the case with the Rolling Stones as well. This band certainly has more popularity than they ever expected and this unfortunately immediately brings up money. Superstars tend to ask for a lot of money in order to perform in various locations and although this is something normal, it is a shame to hear something like what happened in connection with a Glastonbury event.

On June 7 the Glastonbury Festival in England will take place. The Rolling Stones were offered the possibility to headline the event but greed or something untold stopped that. The multi platinum band asked for 2 million dollars to play at the event. Promoter Martin Elbourne said that this was the reason why negotiations failed as the band priced itself
